Challenge
Parents want to give their families the very best including a healthy family mealtime, however time is limited during a busy work week, making less economical options such as fast food the meals of choice for parents on the move. Our objective was to position General Mills (GMI) Refrigerated Baked Goods (RBG) as the easy meal solution of choice for parents on the move.
Solution
Encouraging a change in mindset from fast food to easy home cooked meals, we created an in store experience via point of purchase displays, which featured easy recipe solutions with GMI RGB products, located at key shopping areas throughout groceries positioning GMI RBG products as the easy mealtime solution of choice.
Process
Designing in nostalgic tones inclusive of classic cooking tools creates a reminiscent feel of 1950’s family mealtimes made with love, psychologically satisfying a parents desire to serve up the very best to their families.
